@RoadsOfMumbai It is very difficult to maintain 60km speed on slope. Even without accelerator also you have to apply breaks to ensure speed below 60km/hr. It is really seems like a trap of paisa vassuli from commuters. Better rename it slowdown way then express way

Pathetic condition on Ghodbunder road, Shivsena rally causing huge jam and police watching mutely and diverting traffic. 25 min stretch took 1.5 hrs. In Peak hours please spare office going people to reach homes
