Step 4: keep getting gigs (Upgrade my Pc)
Step 5: Start learning backend and practicing
Step 6: Be getting big / small gigs

Step 10: See where life takes me
Oh 11: forget my school certificate in the house
Frontend devs, it’s very important to:
1. Use semantic tags for elements.
2. Leverage ARIA roles if needed.
3. Ensure styles are screen-reader friendly.
4. Provide clear focus states.
5. Test with keyboard navigation.
6. Dedicate a little extra effort to accessibility for forms.
I graduated with a 2:2.
Two years ago, I stopped overthinking and got to work. No mentor, no connections. Just broke and hungry. I taught myself, got into tech, and made over $15k in my first year.
Today, I’m building a startup, @Aikidotcom,with over 1000+ on the wait-list, helping Africans like me earn so much money for free, no matter where they start from.
And here’s the part people don’t expect. I’ve earned scholarships and secured admissions to study abroad multiple times.
That result you’re ashamed of? It doesn’t define you. What you do after it does.
Real talk.
Most Web3 job boards are a mess.
Outdated listings. Ghost postings.
Companies that stopped hiring 6 months ago
but never took the listing down.
I spent time filtering through the noise.
Here's what's actually worth
bookmarking in March 2026
& what makes each one different:
30,000+ remote Web3 listings.
Updated every few hours.
Filter by: pay in crypto, remote only,
DAO roles, stablecoin salary, entry level.
That stablecoin salary filter alone
is worth the bookmark.
Most developers don't even know it exists.
https://t.co/ctDo9ZSwuA
22,000+ listings.
3,700 new positions added every month.
Real time job alerts via Telegram —
so you hear about roles before
everyone else even sees them.
If you're serious about landing something —
the Telegram alert alone is worth setting up.
https://t.co/YbzsI7Fuxq
388+ active listings right now.
Updated today.
What makes this one different:
They write honest, detailed guides
on what remote Web3 hiring actually looks like —
not just job postings.
Their take on what protocols actually want:
async communication, ownership without oversight,
and comfort with ambiguity.
That context is worth more than most listings.
https://t.co/YlPHNqKqEo
3,500+ active listings across
every Web3 category imaginable.
Has a salary calculator built in.
You can check what Coinbase pays,
what Uniswap pays, what OpenSea pays —
before you even apply.
That's a negotiation tool most
developers are completely ignoring.
https://t.co/b8DP4qusn0
Smaller. More curated.
2,900 listings but higher quality signal.
Less noise than the big boards.
Better for developers who want
to actually read through listings
rather than scroll endlessly.
https://t.co/Uv5pIacwjt
➦ Superteam Earn (@Superteam)
Not a traditional job board.
Bounties. Grants. Part time work.
Paid in USDC. Updated every week.
If you're in India, Southeast Asia,
or Africa this is your fastest
path to earning in dollars from Web3.
No resume. No interview.
Just skill and delivery.
https://t.co/OtLfDjfHVx
Global remote Web3 roles.
Matches you by skills and timezone.
Good for developers who want
inbound opportunities instead of
spending hours applying manually.
Build a profile once.
Get matched automatically.
https://t.co/lIsGZiZLeJ
One thing most developers get wrong:
They apply to job boards like it's 2018.
Send CV. Wait. Repeat.
The developers landing roles right now
are doing something different
treating every application like a small proposal.
Clear. Scoped. Grounded in how
the protocol actually works.
Reference the chain they build on.
Mention the specific problem they're solving.
Show you understand their users.
That's the difference between
a response and silence.
One more thing.
The most underrated job board
in all of Web3?
Protocol Discord servers.
@base@arbitrum@SolanaFndn@ethereum@Starknet
Every major protocol has a
#jobs or #opportunities channel.
Roles posted there never make it
to the public boards.
Join. Stay active. Be helpful.
You won't need to apply.
They'll come to you.
Follow @suraj_sharma14 for weekly
Web3 opportunities and builder resources.
Save this. Share it with a developer
who's been applying in the wrong places.
