This is a horrendous situation and disturbing thread to read. My thoughts with Jane, Cat and her family.

Sadly other than potential legal action it's very tough to know what can be done. It is possible to try to raise emergency situation with Ombudsman but that's unlikely to resolve much at the speed needed.

Hopefully the publicity a situation like this can and should get will put pressure on the insurer to review its decision.

So I've had a CCJ registered to me by @EE for non-payment of £20.27 (which I've now paid) when switching a SIM only contract over to a 2 yr contract including a phone. They made no attempt to contact me by email or phone and now won't help me get to the bottom of removing the CCJ

Big thank you to Greenoaks Mercedes in Reading who have completely buggered up my car. Sent it in 2 weeks ago with no issues for a software upgrade and came back with no stop/start, no reversing camera or light, electronic handbrake not releasing, etc and has now failed its MOT.
