@truevis Great question. I'm thinking of putting a scale (from formal, informal and slang). I tend to use somewhere in between informal and slang so deliberately prompted it to omit the formal suffixes and prefixes.

@TihoBrkan Even better ROI (without any of the brain damage) would be to lock it up today with small dp and flip the next day as easily someone would pay well in excess of 3-4 times that I mean this is so wildly underpriced in the current market it's not even funny.
