@VerizonSupport well I officially got screwed over. Im going to rant because well, @Verizon did not live up to their PROMOTION that I cancelled my WORKING Spectrum account with to later be CHARGED double for and on top of that NONE of my promotion perks were to be honored at all. I find this INFURIATING because I have spent the last month either on the phone with support AND going in store to be left with ME getting over charged on my bill today by 220$ and my original promotion being told, OH we can't do anything , best of luck to you. No consideration for the fact that I have spent HOURS and HOURS making sure that things were in line with my account to then be told, oh nope but here lets charge you extra too for an internet account thats disconnected and holds all your promotions with like my the Amazon gift card I was promised, 200$ Verizon gift card I was promised, and the ORIGINAL PROMOTION of the XBOX bundle that I was promised to now being told I am stuck with the NFL bundle I never signed up for and be told I will not be recieving any of the other promotions AND also being charged 200+ more on my bill this month. Make this make sense pleaaaaaaase I beg of you.
