We hear it as consumption. But it's almost all for allocation. This is a huge issue we need to get past.
Name anyone you would rather see allocate 1T+.
Well done.
Mold is behind a huge chunk of "unexplained" illnesses such as fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and more.
Leaving the exposure barely fixes anything. Mycotoxins reside in your tissues, and you need to do a deep cellular detox to remove them.
This is the protocol to do so: (1/16)
@theAlexZub@ankurnagpal Def not useless advice, but the language does matter in the term sheets.. you want the docs to have the appropriate “equity” language if you’re doing a SAFE.
@shahanshul3@ankurnagpal This is why the gov needs to index this to inflation! If they did, this number would be upwards of $5M, which would flood investment into early-stage startups.
@ankurnagpal@willium For legacy money and FOs, Section 1244 is a great selling point because it directly speaks to risk mitigation. It’s an above-the-line ordinary loss deduction, which is a better write-off than a charitable donation (below the line deduction)!
A weird tax loophole with early stage startup investing that almost no one knows about:
If you invest in a small startup that has raised less than 1M in funding
And the business fails
You can write off up to 50K (single) or 100K (married) from your ORDINARY income aka salary
Most will also skip over his critical point about the importance of consistent (monthly) investor/stakeholders communications. Builds trust which leads to easier funding rounds and follow-on rounds. Good stuff @denk_tweets
Beehiiv CEO Tyler Denk (@denk_tweets) gives blunt fundraising advice:
"My thesis is: if you build a dope business, they will want to invest whether you built that relationship or not."
@brian_blum1: "A wishy washy investor is a no. It's so rarely ever gonna turn the tide."
We found a way to expand passenger rail across America without laying a single track.
Dreamstar Lines uses underutilized freight capacity to run passenger trains across thousands of miles of existing rail infrastructure
We’ve secured a memorandum of understanding with Union Pacific to operate on the LA -> SF corridor one of the highest-demand rail routes in the country, with plans for this route to launch service on the eve of the 2028 Olympics.
This is just the beginning. We plan to expand these partnerships across the most important corridors in America. In just a decade, Americans will have a well deserved alternative to flying or driving in the medium distance. Once and for all we will Make Trains Great Again.
Elon Musk on how he moves so fast: "I'm constantly addressing the limiting factor."
"I generally try to aim for a deadline that I at least think is at the 50th percentile. So, it's not like an impossible deadline, but it's the most aggressive deadline I can think of that could be achieved with 50% probability. Which means that it'll be late half the time."
"A maniacal sense of urgency is a very big deal. You want to have an aggressive schedule. And then you want to figure out what the limiting factor is at any point in time and, and help the team address that limiting factor."

How to know someone uses AI to write:
It’s not X, it’s Y.
Not A. Not B. Not C. But D.
If you choose to use AI to write (all good). Just cut out the forced negatives before the point. Just make the point and move on.
@ScottDesertRat @DonMegavax @SpursReporter That’s exactly what Wemby does? As soon as he puts the left hand on the ball, he then moves the ball from the middle/right side of his body and takes two steps. Clean. :)
