@LunetteFillira Also putting half the sauce packet is perfectly acceptable! I do that occasionally too! I used to be a real spice fiend. But I've gotten less tolerant to spice over the years so sometimes half is enough

@LunetteFillira And adding pan fried meats like sausage or bacon. Also remember to drain the noodles. You don't want watery noodles. Essentially you want hot noodles to melt the cheese. Don't drain completely, leave a little moisture to improve texture. Sorry I really like instant ramen.

@LunetteFillira Carbonara buldak is on the higher side of the spine spectrum for buldak. Of you want something tasty but not mouth destroying, try the Rose flavor. It's essentially milder Carbonara with thinner noodles. I also recommend mixing in sliced cheese (trust me, I know sounds werid)
