TMZ Founder Harvey Levin finally opens up and tells the truth about what Democrats have done to Los Angeles
“I'm not only a born and raised Los Angelino, but I'm second generation. My dad was born and raised in LA, so this is my life. And I have seen this city just fall apart over the last 8-9 years, but especially the last 4 years
The homeless problem is out of control in this city. I've been chased by people, a guy with a hammer, walking out of my gym.
He chased me with a hammer.
I had a mentally ill woman, a homeless woman, take a boulder and trash my car and I caught her doing it, and I realized there is nothing I can do. What am I going to do, get her arrested? I mean, what is that going to do? Am I going to sue her? So I literally looked at my car, watched her walk away, and said, "I live in Los Angeles…."
It's really sad when people see stuff like this happening”
I want to her very crystal clear. We DO NOT have to live like this. California and Los Angeles do not have to be like this
We have to mass deport that insane amount of illegals that have poured across the border from Mexico into California for decades and then put the homeless in mandatory treatment
But the most important thing is, new leadership. Vote Red, vote for Republicans
California elections are rigged and we all know it, illegals are voting. Fixing California elections must be a federal priority
Risk appetite in South Korea is skyrocketing:
Margin loans outstanding jumped to a record $23 billion in South Korea.
Margin debt has DOUBLED over the last year and is now +37% above the 1-year average of $17 billion.
As a result, the KOSPI index has rallied +27% since the April 1st low and is up +52% year-to-date.
This has been driven by chip stocks, Samsung and SK Hynix, which are up +69% and +81% so far this year.
Both names together now account for ~40% of the Korean index.
Retail investors in South Korea are piling back into equities with record leverage.
Should it shock anyone that NGOs and political organizations are at least as ingenious about creating demand for their products as private corporations are?
And yet it surprises many people.
Still.
@DavidEngineerX@teslaenergy@elonmusk Hey did you know that on the same device you just typed out that question, you can try another site and it will tell you the answer?
It’s quite amazing.
When you see a RAV4, CX5, or CRV on the road, you think it’s a bigger vehicle than the Model Y because of how they designed the bodies of those vehicles.
But when you own a Model Y and realize the regular trunk is the same size, but there’s also a huge second trunk under the main trunk, two large side pockets beside the main trunk, another trunk under the hood, a rear bench seat with no axle bump under middle seat on the floor… you quickly realize that the Model Y is actually a larger vehicle, it is just designed by people who are really smart. There is zero wasted space, and no need to design around an engine. It gets to be more aerodynamic than other SUVs, and also one of the fastest cars on the road. The others are smaller inside and handle like lawn mowers, the Y is larger and handles more like a sports car. Seriously. Go test drive a RAV 4 and then go try a Y right after. You will laugh.
I’m not really sure why anyone would ever buy any of those cars anymore. The Y starts at 37.5k everywhere in USA, and in some states, even less. Sure, there are lower trims of all the above that might be a few grand cheaper, but across their lifecycle, they all cost more. More money to own a way worse vehicle. Why would you do that? Nervous because it is a large purchase and you’re used to ICE? Get past this. You will be very thankful in the long run.
These are just regular car things. We haven’t even touched on the fact that Tesla’s vehicle technology is not even comparable to any of the others. It is so many leagues ahead that it can’t even be compared. And the car can completely drive itself anywhere you want.
It’s totally bonkers that anyone would spend similar money on any of the vehicles Tesla competes with. This is why it’s the bestselling car on earth.
@Molson_Hart It’s a free market when two parties willingly exchange goods and both are happier.
This is not a failure, just a rational but likely poorly informed exchange of future satisfaction for current satisfaction; a common human failing.
