Sent an email to @Afrihost to ask how someone got access to my account. They say. "...once you clicked on the link in the email they got access to your primary." I never clicked on an email link. This happened at 02h00 in the morning and they gained access without an OTP??

Lastly, Security says they picked it up and called me.... What te hell...?? @FNBSA called me to say there is suspicious activity from @afrihost . You did nothing. All I want is answeres. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A SENIOR MANAGER AT @Afrihost

The hackers took ownership of my @afrihost account with 20 domains and ordered UPS's and hosting. The address for delivery is still on my account. Luckily my limits was set on my bank account. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!! Not one consultant can help. Ridiculous !!!!

Tried talking to an agent yesterday to remove everything, but the insight was not there. Luckily my credit cards limits was set, but the UPS is still on my profile. Today I'm starting move all my domains to a new supplier. Was @Afrihost 's biggest fan, but the trust is gone.

We are done with @Afrihost - First my Clientzone gets hacked - No OTP was sent to my phone. The hacker changed all my details and made themselves the owner of my account. I host over 14 websites. They then ordered 2 self hosting domains and 2 UPS devices to be delivered. Im done
