@TeachTheTeacher @mrstinac @tombennett71 What I do know is we don’t have a big long list of ‘If you do X then we will do Y’. What we do have is clear expectations of conduct that are consistently reinforced.

@MissButlerPE1 I keep them half the time, they take them half. Not had a lost one yet by my 11s. It used to be a big issue but my class this year have been really good!

Induction to NPQ today was great. So nice to meet new colleagues and catch up with some old ones too! Ones I used to TA for years ago and now I’m a head of year. Crazy how far we’ve come! Also caught up with my college tutor who was a huge inspiration for me! 🥹
