Migrated PiHole and HomeAssistant to run as VMs on tiny Dell Optiplex server. Works surprisingly well. Bridged KVM network was a bit tricky but this post helped a lot: https://t.co/6JQOFZqv6R Sonoff dongle for zibgee via usb passthru. Autostart on powerloss for dell and VMs.
