Cancelled @Xfinity today after 16 years. Today they said they would do anything to keep me. You had 9 months to simply fix your product like you said you would while I paid to get nothing but lies and wasted time. Now getting better products, CHEAPER and REAL customer service.
@Xfinity is a joke! No working internet or tv every other day. Unable to bury a line since August, yet you want my $330 every month. No wonder the world is leaving you!!! Thanks for transferring 4 times every time I call before hanging up!!! Next call is to cancel!
@Xfinity you are the worst!!! Our internet and and cable TV go out every other day. There has been a temporary line in front of our home and in our Cul-De-Sac since August that has not been buried, yet AT&T can bury a fiber line for our neighbors who gave up on yall in 5 days!
@avis You just lost a customer that spends Tens of thousands of dollars with you every year. Charging me a $125 fee because there was a little mud on the side of the car and saying the car has to be spotless when returned is ridiculous. I'm coming back @enterprise

@Xfinity really tech says they are at our house, I am on the Ring cameras the entire time & my wife is in the driveway & they never show up! Thanks for no service for the past 5 days. Hope the tech shows up for the new appt tomorrow. This is why people are switching. #wearenext
