@edfenergy My useless electricity smart meter has stopped working. There is no display on the meter at all. The data has never registered on our home hub anyway, which I queried several times. You did nothing. Now the actual meter is useless
@nationaltrust I have tried to contact you several times, because I cant renew my membership this year for financial reasons. The phone lines are always closed and you are not acknowledging emails.
@BritishGasHelp Itโs not that wonderful. Your plumber was great. However, Iโve been waiting for 2 days for your service supplier to order another hot water tank. Still have no estimated date as to when it will be fixed. Thatโs 2 days without hot water or heating in this weather.
