i’m so embarrassed to be from rockport today. how can so many people i’ve grown up with support a convicted criminal and rapist? i simply don’t understand. i guess the quote “don’t contribute to malice what can be explained by ignorance” applies here.

@CaptainForMusic I’m also not Christian…and I must admit, I was raised in a mildly religious, definitely conservative household. I guess I’m expecting too much, because to your point, my world view and empathy only grew once I left that place and started navigating the world on my own.

it is better to do good things poorly than to not do them at all. a 15-20 minute walk is better than not going, slow yoga or stretching is better than not moving at all. reading a few pages is better than not reading anything. baby steps are more than enough❤️
