🚀Na over-correction (Na📈) as THE (only) cause of ODS/CPM: An absurd over-simplification.

Since 1980s, Na📈 has been portrayed as the main cause of CPM (so far as now the terms ODS and CPM are used synonymously).

However, finding the truth (if it exists) is more complicated.

What billing codes for ABPM are billable per CMS- 93784, 93786, 93788 and 93790. Am told that 93784 and 90 are not billable - but by description those appear to describe the physician's role, whereas 86 and and 88 could be billed by a RN as well. Am I wrong?
