@Pret Your coffee is shockingly bad, the only reason myself and my colleagues had subscriptions was for the social aspect of getting out the office a few times a day for a break at pret. Now you've ditched your USP, we'll be cancelling and grabbing a better coffee from an independent.
@c2c_Rail I tried to use delay repay today after Thursdays debacle where the 17:16 from fenchurch St was cancelled due to a technical fault, and the 17:30 was extreley late leaving for the same reason, with a 30 minute delay. 'Claim rejected, we have no record of any delays on this day' ๐คฆ
@c2c_Rail Hi. Can you tell me why is was seven minutes after scheduled departure that any announcement was put out that the 17:16 would not be leaving due to a fault? Get on the 17:30 and then left lwft till 17:38 with doors locked till we're told it looks like this one has a fault also?
