How long is this payment issue going to carry on for. I am awaiting my wages & I have already had bills come out! It's not on! Answers please!?!? or at least some compensation for your loyal customers!
@BritishGasHelp you call yourself a company! I am absolutely disgusted in the way you treat your customers! I have been off gas supply for a week now. I have rang your company 19 times and spent nearly 4 hours in total on the phone to be pushed through to every department going!
@MarkMiddleditc1@BritishGasHelp I have had the same issue! 19 phone calls. From Monday till now and still no further forward! I have no gas supply and I'm freezing in my house! Complaint to ofgem and ombudsman! Appalling customer service and leaving vulnerable people without heating! Shame on you@BritishGasHelp
