@JRCPTB updated alternative certificate for ST4 applications now had no formal time in COTE/ITU which is much appreciated but there are no description of the ITU level competencies we need to demonstrate in replacement. Would be grateful for some clarification on this. Thanks

@JRCPTB The certificate of alternative competency for IMT3 says we need to have everything done by interview when the people who've lucked into a standalone IMT3 will have until the end of their training year. Is this going to continue to be the case?
