I called customer care and was super annoyed the robot agent just kept on repeating stuff.

@GoibiboSupport To explain, the airlines cancelled the flight BUT @GoibiboSupport sent an email saying Your Flight Was Cancelled Directly with the Airline. When applying for refund I must choose I cancelled flight instead of Airline cancelled flight option for refund which is wrong.

@IndiGo6E your istanbul to mumbai flight is again delayed today. Have some shame. Yesterday 12 December flight it got delayed by 15 hours and now again on 13 December it's delayed by 8 hours. I will never ever book your pathetic flight.

@Uber_Support Before booking i had checked out my wife's uber app and there the XL ride price was shown as INR 450. And you charged me 750 for a small cab ride. This is injustice.
