@docsimsim @hassankhaderali tiktok has had a load of new ME people recently. it’s very rare i saw people talk about it on there but now i get new stuff all the time. kinda sucks a bit because not everyone has the capacity for that

@MutualAwareLtd @CovidSolidarit1 from what i’ve read asymptomatic infections are more likely to result in LC because most of the symptoms are actually your body fighting it - no symptoms means your immune system isn’t doing anything about it. i recon it’s an immune thing making ppl susceptible to LC

@PhoebsBo it’s so frustrating. i never ever call it cfs or chronic fatigue syndrome for this reason - doctors don’t take it seriously. using the fancy latin name makes people actually listen. fatigue on its own doesn’t make people bedbound, unable to tolerate light/sound etc

it’s been 3 months on LDN for #SevereME and i have noticed quite significant improvement. still stuck in bed the majority of the time but i can do crafts and watch TV again!
