I find it baffling that some offices @VUMChealth won’t take a check or cash - forcing people to have a credit card. Why would an institution like @VUMChealth require people to have a credit card to obtain services???

@Tennessean I’m not sure how you stay in business. Most Sunday’s my route is “running late”, but today is even more egregious. Notwithstanding that it has been raining all night & is still raining, the paper wasn’t double-bagged so it is so wet as to be almost unreadable.

Do NOT try to interact with the @ATT chat bot. It responds with an automated answer before receiving the question. Total waste of time.

Very disappointed in @Budget. Barely used the rental car, so when I topped off the gas, I paid cash since it was less than $6. Didn’t know I needed to keep the receipt! @Budget charges me $19 since I don’t have a receipt. Bad business!

Be careful using the chat bot @Walmart. They (@Walmart) don’t stand behind what the chat bot tells you (I have a screen shot to “verify” what the chat bot said!!). Poor customer service by @Walmart!

For those who are wondering, there is apparently no customer service @kroger. Tried email and their version of chatbot to no avail. At least Publix always responds and does everything they can to “make it right”.

Be careful dealing with @DIRECTV. Unbeknownst to you, if you get a new receiver, they create a 2 year contract in your name. Go to @YouTubeTV where there are no hidden charges!!

Do NOT fly @AmericanAir. First flight was delayed. Then @AmericanAir “forgot” to send gate agents to board the delayed flight…So, notwithstanding plane here, flight crew here, and all delayed passengers are in gate area, we still sit here!

Be careful now that @WasteManagement has purchased @GFLenv in Nashville. All kinds of what they label “miscommunication”, but the bottom line is they don’t pick up your garbage on a regular basis!!

@DIRECTV I just hung up the phone with your billing dept in an attempt to straighten it out and they continue to try to sell “stuff” even after being told no. I’ve been with @DIRECTV since 2007, but will soon be canceling my service

@att social media team simply responded, but can’t address the issue of charging after services were canceled. Again, avoid @att because if you need to discontinue service, it is a NIGHTMARE!!!
