@British_Airways Before 1pm it was at reclaim desk 11 and since then has been sat with a courier company (in a warehouse somewhere by the looks of the air tag data) who have not indicated when they will deliver it. Considering this was ‘voluntarily’ checked in hand luggage, it should be with us!

@British_Airways it’s unacceptable that we have waited nearly 24 hours and still don’t have our luggage that you lost back. It makes it worse that we knew it was in the airport with us last night but your staff seemingly couldn’t be bothered to find it!

@British_Airways My baggage (and my family’s) was in the airport with us last night and we could prove this with air tag tracking. Despite this, we were told it wasn’t there and baggage staff were not going to look any further. 1/2
