Interailing Stroud to Naples for our summer hols, saving 1,585 carbon tonnes. We had lost our tickets, printed 2.5 weeks ago for our last leg home LDN to Stroud. No problem, we will speak to someone at @GWRHelp to help us we thought. WARNING! 1/2.

What we spent £113 weeks ago was not a train journey but a very precious scrap of paper.We have had to pay out another £83 to get home,with Bus replacement from Swindon. So upset that our wonderful trip has ended this way. We could tell the @GWRHelp rep wanted to help, but no.

Watching #dontexcludeme and this program highlights the lack of SEN understanding in mainstream. Everything was behaviour based. Not once was SEN mentioned. Teachers had no understanding of ASD or ADHD. Where is the SENCO/Educational psychologist involvement?
