Pakistan has done a good job of mediating on the current US-Iran standoff. This conflict however is never ending and will go on. International waters cannot be allowed to be controlled in any manner whatsoever by anyone nor can a fees be charged. Pakistan should focus elsewhere.

@MichaelKugelman Lindsey Graham is nobody to question what we do on our sovereign territory. Reportedly some (Iranian) planes have also been parked in Afghanistan. As a mediator we do favors to the US all the time, we also have to do some favors to Iran!

A state either has to try a citizen or to release him. A state cannot hold an individual (to punish him) without a trial

@HabibKhanT Trump very clearly said on the request of Pakistan's leaders he is calling off military operations. As far as China is concerned, it was a brilliant move by Pakistan to bring in China to put pressure on Iran. Well done Pakistan!
