@OfficialSBICare I would like to keep this public to minimize the back-and-forth between you and the Government. My goal is to have the pension released on a zero-day basis—something is better than nothing! Thank you.
No family pension sanctioned since Aug 2025 for Ms. Shanta, 68, mentally handicapped unmarried dependent daughter of deceased Central Govt. Pensioner parents. Cut the paper! Use AI/ML to fix this departmental lethargy and honor #DigitalIndia. Coordination between AG and SBI shouldn't take 7 months. Have some mercy and act!

In the next version of Claude Code..
We're introducing two new Skills: /simplify and /batch. I have been using both daily, and am excited to share them with everyone.
Combined, these kills automate much of the work it used to take to (1) shepherd a pull request to production and (2) perform straightforward, parallelizable code migrations.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲: 𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗡𝗼𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲?
In today's data-driven world, selecting the correct database is crucial for the success of any application or project. The choice of database can significantly impact performance, scalability, and overall functionality.
When we talk about types of databases, we have the following (based on data type):
𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮. Structured data neatly fits into a predefined format, typically with rows and columns. Think of customer records, financial transactions, or product inventories.
Here, we have two main types of databases with specific use cases:
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀. Structured data is the most traditional form of data storage, typically organized in tables with rows and columns. It's highly organized and easily searchable using SQL. These databases include Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL, etc.
🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 stores data by column rather than row, offering significant performance improvements for analytical queries. Examples of these databases are Amazon Redshift and Apache Cassandra.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶-𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮. It doesn't conform to the rigid structure of relational databases but still contains some organizational properties. This data type is becoming increasingly familiar with the rise of web applications and IoT devices.
Here, we have multiple database types:
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆-𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 are the simplest form of NoSQL databases, storing data as a collection of key-value pairs. Examples are Azure Cosmos DB and Redis.
🔹 𝗜𝗻-𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 store data in RAM for faster access, making them ideal for low latency applications. Examples are Amazon ElastiCache and Memcached.
🔹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲-𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 are optimized for handling time-stamped or time-series data. Examples are Azure Time Series Insights and InfluxDB
𝟯. 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮. This data type includes text documents, images, videos, and more.
Here, we have the following database types:
🔹 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 store data in flexible, JSON-like documents, allowing for nested data structures and dynamic schemas. Examples are Amazon Document DB and MongoDB.
🔹 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 is designed to store large amounts of unstructured data, such as images, videos, and documents. Examples are Amazon S3 and Azure Blob storage.
It is essential to understand what database type you need, and asking yourself the following questions can be a starting point for your analysis:
🔸 Is your data structured?
🔸 How large is your dataset?
🔸 Do you need support for complex queries or aggregations?
🔸 What level of data consistency do you require?
🔸 Do you need support for ACID transactions?
