I visited the SBI Bypass Road Branch, Lucknow to open a savings account. To my shock, the staff opened a trading account without my consent or even informing me. They have already deducted charges for a service I never asked for.

@OfficialSBICare You can randomly audit or visit any branch to verify this; staff members routinely mislead customers by claiming an account cannot be opened without an insurance policy. This is nothing but an unethical way to meet internal sales targets by exploiting innocent people.
