@MyIndusIndBank Urgent escalation: Applied Qatar Avios Infinite CC on 2 Jan 2026, approved 8 Jan. Getting activation SMS/emails since then, Priority Pass delivered 15 Jan, but main credit card not received yet! CS on 21 Jan promised 4-5 days dispatch—nothing.

@MyIndusIndBank This is unacceptable—request: 1) Immediate card dispatch or virtual details, 2) Joining fee waiver/reversal due to your delay, 3) Extension of bonus spend window, 4) No credit score impact. Have documented all calls. Please DM with resolution timeline & ref number
