@synchrony - You should know that your new website is a complete nightmare and not at all user friendly. It appears to be a sales/promotional trap and service/ late fee generator. Most consumers are only trying to pay off their debt to you in a timely and efficient manner.

@AskSynchrony I have some recommendations: 1) make the customer accounts readily available from a selection menu; 2) prominently display your contact phone number and chat icon on your website instead of routing the customer to lengthy FAQ’s that end with “call the number on your credit card.”
