Well, that was wild. I'm at the Australian Parliament and just left a meeting with two staffers for the governing party. They told us that the government needed more power to censor things like the upcoming US execution of Nidal Hasan.

When I asked why they needed to censor that video, one said it was to prevent copycat killings. Copycat killings by governments? I asked. Er, no, they said. Copycat killings like of a backpacker, several decades ago.

So, under that logic, I pointed out, the government should censor things like last year's Bondi massacre, where two Muslims killed 15 people, no? Well, that was news, they said. Didn't they realize their bill would allow the government to censor news? They didn't seem to know, or care.

They also admitted that they did not know that the bill would allow the government to create and operate an unlimited number of fake social media accounts to attack its political enemies and spread disinformation. Having presented them with information they had never heard about a bill they had clearly not read, they emphasized to us, strenuously, that they were moving forward with the bill.

So there you have it. The government wants the power to arbitrarily censor scenes of violent crime, or violence, for any reason. And it wants the power to use an unlimited number of fake accounts to wage offensive disinformational warfare against the Australian people.

Given that the Bondi massacre last year increased public opposition to mass migration, and support for the populist One Nation Party, it seems obvious that the government wants to censor such events in order to protect its political power.

It's quite telling how obediently governing party members insist such a law is needed without even knowing what's in it.

How to burn down your credibility in a single post...

Point 1: This is Victim blaming. Out taxes are way too high, the ATO is particularly vicious, we are all subjects of an abusive government hell-bent on coercive control. Not being able to afford the EXTORTION bill says more about the extortioners than the victims.

Point 2: Tax is often levied on money a business does not have, 'profit' that is not in cash form, it's in equipment or stock on hand. If a business has $10,000 more stock on the shelves than it used to, that's considered a $10,000 profit and you owe (for example) $3,000 to the ATO. But you don't have $3,000 in the bank... all your money is tied up in stock... but the ATO wants it's money NOW. So what do you do? You pay the ATO with a credit card, because... Point 3 below.

Point 3: paying tax on a credit card was about cashflow management. If you have 60 or 90 days interest free, then essentially you have short-term finance and the only interest is thr CC fee... 90 day loans for something like 1.8% 'interest' (in thr format of a CC fee)? That's a cashflow life saver for many small businesses.

That someone claiming treasury expertise would engage in shameless victim blaming and advertise their business ignorance should be shocking... but shockingly... it isn't.

BREAKING STUDY: COVID-19 “Vaccination” of Children Linked to AUTISM, ADHD, ANXIETY, and SPECIAL-ED USE

We analyzed NATIONALLY REPRESENTATIVE U.S. government data (NHIS) from 21,990 children in the FIRST-EVER study examining childhood COVID vaccination and autism outcomes.

Compared with unvaccinated children, COVID-vaccinated children had significantly higher odds of:

AUTISM: +32%
ADHD: +33%
ANY NEURODEVELOPMENTAL DISORDER: +23%
SPECIAL-ED USE: +19%
ASTHMA: +24%
ANXIETY: +27%
MENTAL-HEALTH DRUG USE: +57%

The strongest autism signal hit young children: ages 5–7 with 3+ COVID shots had 154% higher odds of AUTISM.

We've got a small restaurant in Perth. Paid our staff super every quarter for five years, in full, never missed.

Turns out the ATO counts it as paid when it hits the employee's fund, not when it leaves your account. Clearing house takes five days. We paid on the due date. So it landed five days late.

Five days late = the whole quarter counts as never paid. Then 10% interest a year on the full amount, backdated to 2021, ignoring the fact we paid.

Bill came in at $140k. Thats interest on money that's been sitting in our staff's super accounts earning for them the whole time.

Best part is there was no way to check. No report exists. You can't even get a login to the clearing house. I asked. They said employers don't get one.

Accountant says he's got other clients the same. Feels like half the small venues in the country are sitting on this.

Anyway, on a payment plan, still open, still cooking. Just gonna work a whole year and all profit goes to the ATO. Cheers
