Yesterday my first paper on mRNA-Seq in #microglia during and after acute inflammation was published in Frontiers in #Immunology.

Our paper is now out @NatureProtocols describing how to do IBEX including automation. If you want to get into multiplexed immunohistochemistry this is a great place to start! Thanks to Andrea Radtke, Germain lab & all contributors https://t.co/IFbchw6lQu
Here’s Johnson in 2016 saying that trade and the rights of free movement will be unaffected - even enhanced - by Brexit. It would be an awful shame if you retweeted these hollow claims.
Liar.
The UK is covered by EU law on this until the end of the year - the vaccine was approved on the basis of an existing emergency exception in EU legislation.
There is no need to play petty politics with what we should all celebrate as brilliant news.
@MicrobiomDigest First one I've found almost instantly... Not sure if you can call it advanced as I usually miss the easy ones!
1st and 2nd decade y axis of 0 and 0.1 graphs are identical in Q1 region.
May be others; I'll keep looking...

We are very excited to present INs-seq, a new technology for massively parallel single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) integrated with recording of intracellular protein activities. Developed by @YonatanKatza @FadiSheban@AdamYalin and @AssafWeiner https://t.co/mFq1xNgwEU (1/14)

Meaning: Something is proving a mild inconvenience; typically used to describe slightly heavy traffic, or the internet not working
“It’s not ideal”
Meaning: Something terrible has happened and life is almost certainly ruined

How the home of @gloucesterrugby once was, the old main stand at Kingsholm in all its glory, followed by the view of Kingsholm from the top of the Cathedral. Then some more familiar sites, the Tump and the Shed in the mid 90’s (pics by Tony Hickey)
