Weird day today. Got $9k approved. Missed out on a $14k job. Got an encouraging call from the COR I’ve been dealing with for the maintenance contract. Got a call to check out 6 parking lots for a business budgeting for next year. Good outweighs the bad I suppose

@CollinJHumphrey We’re in Elkin, a guy I play tennis with is an architect. Honestly a great guy. Not too familiar with his work but his business is 206 architects. He just moved to our downtown and his office renovations look amazing

Finished up this parking lot yesterday. It was a smaller church & honestly it was pretty cool bc a lot of the members drove by and said how good it looked and how much they appreciated it. Also signs came in for post job set ups!

Things are picking up on my end. We reversed the layout of this parking lot. This is a new service area I’ve been trying to get into so I was thankful for the opportunity. Lead to two other parking lot quotes for neighboring businesses. Big driveway repair today 💪

Had an amazing call yesterday with a lead I’d been working on for quite some time. They have 3 properties they want quoted for crack repair, sealcoating, and line striping. Total square footage is right at 400k. Extremely excited and have a lot to plan before sending these out 🤞
