What a coincidence that TfL failed to release this report for two months but just 24 hours after disclosing to @UTAG17 as part of the Judicial Review disclosure process, TfL decide to share with the public how unsafe #Uber really are.

Letter also includes number of complaints received by Uber London Limited.

Between 1/12/18 and 31/5/2019, it received 597,881 complaints.

Of those, 27,799 related to passenger safety. In October, Uber said it had investigated 15,937 complaints, 1,521 were deemed "serious".

Almost 2 months after #Uber are refused a London License there is at least 1 incident where driver isn't insured and the vehicle doesn't appear to be genuine. And TfL believe stopping Uber from working is a disproportionate sanction even though their primary role is public safety
