@WilleDes @facebook That honestly didn't happen in this case and I don't think blaming the victim is useful here. What is wrong is how unreachable Facebook are to help us rectify the issue. We've tried multiple avenues and there's seemingly no help to be had.

@facebook - my wife's account was hacked 2 weeks ago. They have changed email address, pw and all linked devices. We therefore can't re-activate the account. They have stolen money, but any attempt to contact Facebook has had no reply. Facebook don't seem to care about privacy
