@loanDepot might have the worst customer experience I have seen - your website is down to make mortgage payments and when I call to take off autopayment I can't find the link or button anywhere - maybe the @bbb_us should look into this.
@JetBlue boarded flight 473 from Bos to Aruba. Upgraded my seat last night to Mint and was just told that no mint amenities will be provided on this flight even though I paid for the upgrade. The crew agrees we should be refunded and there are a lot of angry mint passengers here.
