@kiwicom247 Hi Camille- I’m already in touch with support: they say they are still waiting for a response from Viva. 15 months is not a reasonable amount of time to wait for a refund/response.
@skbjml@mattturck Many folks starting to use alternative sources of capital to fund their businesses. You can deploy the same amount of capital with the same/less dilution.

@haydenjcohen It's a good question. A portion of the funds may be used to fund other Capchase products, but that's not our primary objective. Ultimately, this product is meant to be used in conjunction with our core Grow product, collectively reducing a customer's cost of capital.
There’s an eternal debate about the optimal number of founders to start a company.
At @GetCapchase there’s 4 cofounders and, in hindsight it was the right choice, as from day 1 we became one of the fastest growing companies in the world.

@HatchKolby Great thread! Another good one: custom search engines. I now search email, gdrive, crunchbase, and many of my company’s internal tools directly from my nav bar. Probably saves me 20 minutes a day.

@girdley@breakfastbybill I’m surprised by this. Reminds me of this tweet I saw the other day... margins on top shelf Johnnie Walker are impressive.

@chiefofstuffs@JoshuaOgundu It’ll never happen, but I’d be interested in seeing VCs post the emails of founders not giving them allocation... would also show deal flow and ability to pick winners.
Obviously not a compelling story about winning competitive deals tho...
Kastle Systems is the company that does workplace keycards and sees swipes of who comes into the office across the country. Now at 25% (peaked at 27%) nationwide, was 15% at low point in April - NYC now around 16%, Dallas back to 40% now. https://t.co/cH0QYyvFor
@girdley An investor will position as a potential lead at the intro and then we learn later they lead 10% of their deals. Agree that transparency at the onset would save a lot of time. Fundraising can be a time consuming process, so it's helpful to founders to have the context up front.
@girdley b) Might not be everyone's experience, but have seen a number of folks that aren't transparent about how high their hurdle is to lead vs. follow. We get a few conversations in and find out they rarely lead if ever
