@JetBlue Flight 477 passenger, JFK-JAX, 9+ hr delay, 2 reboards, maint. issues, no gas in plane, no food/drink offered, money spent due to lack of the former & all not due to weather....due to your lack of service. And still on ground... just the beginning of my complaint!
