@MrPitbull07 Getting rid of Teflon and similar chemicals from our cookware so converting over and mostly use cast iron exclusively. So much better for your health - at worst you're adding iron into your food, iron that your body needs and most people lack. And the cookware lasts longer too.

Perhaps the discrepancy is because camera systems are letter of the law, not spirit of the law, and allow for zero mitigating circumstances that humans would allow for. But the simplest explanation is the hardest for proponents of camera systems to fathom

1. A meager rate/hr that is a fraction of min. wage + any tips from customers
2. If the first part does not add up to what they would get as a min wage employee then the employer makes up the delta
