by anchoring yourself in a state.

You learn about yourself and the world.
There is a time to pause.
There is a time to take action.
To be in touch with your inner knowing of when to act - despite your fear, possibly -
and when to stop
is wisdom.
Start with the end in mind.
Specifically, ask yourself the question:
What would it be like
if your ideal situation would be reality, right now?
Allow yourself to perceive and feel
the reaction of your body
and your feelings.
