@British_Airways flights get cancelled - but why does it feel like it’s the first time your Heathrow team have dealt with a it? I can’t cancel my flight - cos you rebooked me.
I’m praying my bag comes out from cancelled flight so I can catch my replacement booking.

day 3 of no breast pump for my wife who is trying to wean our 6 month old because managers @elvie don’t reply to emails or call back when they’ve committed to doing so. £300 breast pumps that don’t last a month feels pretty shoddy….

4/ - Sadly empathy and listening to your customer aren’t high on the agenda and despite trying to get some human spirit from the manager and area manager was met with the business needs (all £40 of business) was more import than the needs of the customer. @Funshack_play #jump360

3/ - When a bad spell comes along it means cancelling plans that the whole family were looking forward to - like going to Jump360 in Stockton. Tried to move the session a couple of weeks for when he was better. @Funshack_play #jump360

1/ Rant alert: Bear had three spells in hospital in three months, during which he was diagnosed with asthma. Having had asthma myself since I was 4, this made me really sad as it’s a tough gig when you’re little and even more so when you don’t understand. @Funshack_play #jump360

Oh @Dominos_UK how disappointing you can be. Website suggests 26 minute wait time but an hour and a half later a cold pizza arrives to a very disappointed 13 year-old son
