@InPostUK i have 3 parcels on the way to my local locker, only to see today when i went to send that it is out of service, as are another 5 random ones in my area. Will you deliver to a different location if the locker is unavailable? Strange that so many are down at once?

@itsMellytweets @marksandspencer If you get your email and the store are refusing the hand it over, DM M&S enough times with the name of the store and they’ll raise it with the manager. Seemed to fix it for someone else. I’ll see if they hand mind over next week x

@marksandspencer another day without an update after being told I’d hear in 48 hours. 4 days ago. ordered on 20th to collect on 22nd. still says “on its way to store”. Apparently they are in store, staff just can’t scan them, so we aren’t getting collection emails. What do I do?
