Yet again (3rd time this week) @nxwestmidlands waiting about an hour for 14 (Birmingham to Chelmsley Wood) isn’t this supposed to be a 15 minute service? Getting tired of waiting @TransportForWM Issue started since #PerryBarr garage started. Let’s see what excuse it’s this time

I understand with Saltley Viaduct closed maybe an issue but even before this happened, the service has been on a decline.

Can @nxwestmidlands explain why service 14 (Bhm to Chelmsley Wd) used to run perfect under BC garage but under PB garage the service has become diabolical with several buses running together developing massive gaps in service leaving people to wait for long periods of time.

@nxwestmidlands just so you know 4920 towards town on 74 from Soho Hill approximately 10:00, was packed to the rafters with approximately 25 people standing up downstairs and on the stairs, I know this is over the capacity. #SafetyFirst
