I’m putting this in writing so I don’t forget or get carried away with the gains when the market flips bullish again.
My plan for when I get back to £100k is to start the wheel strategy with my whole portfolio, only wheeling/trading around my few core names like $RKLB $NBIS and $OUST.
I need to learn to not get married to my stocks, and focus on pure premium generation, and with £100k I could conservatively bring in about £4k/£5k a month, almost double what I was earning at my job before I quit.
Pairing this strategy with TA is great, as it allows me to choose strikes based on certain resistance levels, so if/when I get assigned I know it’ll be at a good time to take profits anyway.
But for now, we just have to play the waiting game…
in the process of researching a new company that I may be adding to the portfolio
bad timing because they have earnings tomorrow and it could run hard and leave me behind…
@FranciscoSpace5 yeah when you compare the 2 companies and their reliability, it makes literally no sense how BO got chosen outside of Bezos slipping them a wad of cash
sucks because you can tell how much SPB and RKLB wanted to win this contract
$MU setting up for a big move any day now...
we're still holding the weekly 8ema, so im leaning more towards a breakout for now
if we lose $880 then its gonna get ugly
@FunOfInvesting I personally don’t like selling puts above the current price.
you never know how the market will look next year, some stupid headlines could ruin the entire trade
however, looking out on a higher timeframe, $ONDS could definitely revisit the bottom of this range in the mid $6s
this would offer the best R/R imo, but no harm in starting a DCA here at $7 just incase we get a sharp reversal
$ONDS bounced at the smart money zone, however I still think we $7 before showing any signs of a reversal, and I may look to sell some puts at that level
wow and to think I was actually interested in starting a position in $CRDO last week
need to see if this is an overreaction and a great buying opportunity after a double beat
