@RishiSunak Millions of #selfemployed left out of the #SEISS scheme. We can not take on loans. We have proof of income, @HMRC has records of 18/19 tax (even if only a few months) and 19/20 tax returns, why can't you create a basic income grant that can be applied to us. #newlyselfemployed
