@EddieWi98876518 I hope you’re recovering ok. The conditions were absolutely brutal. I stopped after the storm, a couple of hours short of the 12… I figured I’d had enough fun for one day 😀. Great job pushing on well beyond that!
@Wix47 Thanks for your reply. Yes please to the exercises you do.
I’m forcing myself to rest right now. Frustrating, but I know it’s the only way to recovery.
@J_Hipes@alpharettagov Keep up the great work! I’m a distance runner and love the freedom of all the pedestrian friendly routes around Alpharetta and connecting areas. Big improvements over the last decade.
One ask - please consider more drinking fountains in the designs.
@NoContextBrits “Uh, minor criticism, more distance between eggs and beans. Maybe I want to mix them up, but I want it to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater.” @APartridgeQOTD
@altini_marco Yes, good point.
There’s also an inverse correlation between RHR and HRV (maybe as expected). Lots of data, useful as a guide and interesting, but in my opinion shouldn’t influence training too much.
@altini_marco Great article, thanks! I find HRV very informative (if used appropriately), and adds a new metric to help understand training/recovery/etc. I ran a hard, long (34 miles) run in early Oct, and HRV is just returning to baseline (including some semi-long runs in between). [Fenix 7]
