@BerbarianWizard So 35% well-supported stuff and 65% Ray Peat-ism talking points. I'm all for healthmaxxing but a lot of this is just not supported.
Well-supported is all the obvious stuff like sleep hygiene, posture, walking, resistance training, so I guess point is, focus on the simple stuff.
@RightwinIND@tanimal I think yoga would be a good thing start practicing. For now I'm just trying to get into the rhythm of discipline and do what I set out to do consistently.
How would you say it has changed your life, anything in particular that stands out, any that seemed impossible before?
@BeatzXBT@MarkBestForex At this point I would not trust Claude Code to write my infra for trading. Itβs good to throw a dashboard together, but this default + ignoring .md instructions is too annoying.
GPT-5.2 Codex xhigh for now for serious work.
@RightwinIND@tanimal Iβm not sure I get the article. Think positive thoughts, you become HVL. Sounds like law of attraction. How for you does yoga differentiate?
@JFlerime @marclou@justshipwithmat Codex for me is preferable for backend stuff and reviewing, but don't try to use it for design. Spits out the most generic looking stuff, Claude excels here in comparison.
@arscontexta@AntoineRSX@openclaw Claude is awful at following its instructions. Shouldnβt even be context issue, I literally tell it βwrite in your .md to do X alwaysβ and it goes two prompts later to do Y. This is Opus 4.5, I hope after Sonnet 5.0 we back to business with Opus.
