@lionelrudaz I live around the Zurich Lake Area, decent taxes, low rent, but if I wanted to buy... well anything *Decent* is at least 2 MM CHF.
Add to that the 5% rule of the banks, and you may not even qualify if you put down 30% deposit... even if your a high earner...

There is market structure, levels and targets that will get hit and traded accordingly.
In the long term fundamentals matter.
Be wary of the low volume on this rally.
However breadth is not bad and for now its pricing higher earnings.
Should this continue and this is not sutainable.
@SimonHoiberg You could probably bring your rent down to 4K. But for a family of 5 that's a stretch.
Maybe less UBER and less eating out and you could save around 2K per month.
7K to 8k in Switzerland for for a family of 5 is probably right.
@SimonHoiberg@pepicrft Swiss care is overhyped. A friend of mine died of Breast cancer here in Zürich due to misdiagnosis. My wife almost died due to doctors not doing necessary tests, if they would have, they would have recognized she needed urgent care. Instead, just over the counter medication.
