Disgusted with @Macys handling of a gift that was never received, won’t be reshipped, $10 credit that was promised and never issued, idiotic customer service handlers, etc. this is why you guys are a failing company. Would like for a customer service rep to contact me ASAP.
@childrensplace awful customer service. My order was never received and rather than handle the situation (I.e. credit my account, send a reshipment, etc.) I’m told to “contact charges on my credit card”. How is this possible?
@dsw_us I sent seven emails and have yet to speak with a district manager. It has been one week. This is really awful customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will contest the charges on my credit card at this point unless I speak with someone by tomorrow, Sept 16.
@SteveMadden What is going on with your online orders? Why is it such a sh&t show? I placed an order two weeks ago, nothing as shipped out, and when I asked for it to be shipped out again, I'm running into the same issue. Can a supervisor please reach out?
