2 times we have been let down by https://t.co/rRalStnddD lately. @bookingcom failed to refund me on a booking with the wrong date even though it was 6 weeks before the visit AND failed to refund me a booking that the hotel said they would pay me back as the heating was broken!

@HPUK quick question. I have had 2 faulty ink cartridges lately that were brand new. I replaced them both with another new one and the printer worked fine. What are my rights? I purchased the official cartridges from Amazon.
