🚨 TERRIFYING: Utah Gov. Cox issues an apocalyptic warning as the Cottonwood fire obliterates 100,000 acres.
He reveals the trees are secretly "dying inside" and have become literal "Roman candles just waiting to be lit."
The state faces unprecedented destruction!
Here’s why you shouldn’t clap when the Supreme Court refuses to let Trump rewrite the Constitution and end birthright citizenship.

Trump, the only president in American history to be impeached twice, is working on a plan with his allies to erase those impeachments from the record.
Not appeal them. Not contest them. Erase them, as if they never happened.
Let’s be clear: the Constitution doesn’t let anyone “un-impeach” themselves after committing a grave offense against their country. There is no process for it, because no one who wrote the Constitution ever imagined a president would try.
Trump has tried to overturn his criminal conviction. He has tried to reverse his civil judgments. Now he wants to erase his impeachments too. Every part of the record that makes him look bad, he wants gone, because it’s an embarrassment, and he knows it.
History does not work that way, and neither does the Constitution. This is a non-starter, and I am doing everything in my power to make sure it never sees the light of day.

When Tulsi Gabbard recently released intelligence documents pertaining to biolabs, she claimed they contained “never before seen” intelligence. But the thing is, some of those very same documents *had* been seen before — in a 2022 Russian disinformation campaign.

Yes, Trump's award of maintenance contracts of the Reflecting Pool and fountains to Trump associates may have violated federal contracting and ethics laws.
So we've filed a complaint

A judge in Tennessee blocked the state's health department from handing ICE sensitive data about roughly 400 seriously sick and disabled immigrant children who are enrolled in a healthcare assistance program.
A temporary restraining order came through after 3 doctors in Nashville sued because state letters told providers and immigrant families that a new law required them to share identifying information after the end of June.
This policy targets the Children's Special Services program: a public healthcare initiative that covers children with serious conditions like cancer, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, and diabetes.
Doctors argued that the mandate forces an impossible choice on families, which might potentially lead parents to pull their children from lifesaving care over fears of being abducted and deported by ICE.
The fascist police state is trying to convert our nation's doctors and medical records into tools for deportation. We can't normalize this.
Forcing a choice between lifesaving care or deportation is social murder.
I got nothing but love and appreciation for the 3 doctors in Nashville who are standing up to these fascists and suing them.
How else are you going to retool the military to repress US civilians and behave lawlessly abroad? Gotta get rid of anyone who stands for ethics, care, and conscience.
Maybe Vance doesn't know this history because it's in one of the books his administration banned.
The difference between Watergate and now is that back then, Republicans actually did something about a law-breaking president. Today, they only roll over for their cult leader.
Ossoff: And, see, this is what small men like Donald Trump and Mike Collins will never understand. That our national greatness flows not through our blood or our genes, but through our ideas and our care for one another. Americans are not a race. We are a people united not by ethnicity, but by shared convictions.
Crowd: *chants USA*
Why are some mail-in ballots received after Election Day despite being postmarked before Election Day?
“Will it shock you to learn,” Marc Elias asks, “that the same postmaster general who wants to cooperate with Donald Trump … that under his tenure, election mail is moving slower and slower?”
🚨BREAKING: Federal court REJECTS Department of Justice lawsuit to gain access to Pennsylvania voter records. Another victory for Elias Law Group and its clients. Another defeat for DOJ.
DOJ is now 0-10. 👀

Kagan's dissent is the legal document that will be read when historians examine what this Court did in this moment. She found that the majority's conclusion required setting aside comments that were "so repellent and racially inflected" that the Court itself would not reproduce them in its opinion - and then ruling anyway that those comments were insufficient evidence of racial animus.
The legal standard the majority applied: courts cannot question the process immigration authorities use to revoke TPS, regardless of the statements accompanying that process. The practical consequence: 350,000 people who have lived here legally, worked, built families, enrolled children in schools - exposed to deportation to a country where four women returned in February were found beheaded. Viles Dorsainvil, who runs a support center for Haitians in Springfield, Ohio, said families are going to work, kids are going to school, and the Court just put all of it on stop. The Senate has a bipartisan House-passed bill sitting in front of it. They could act today.
Ossoff: "The president was so humiliated in Hormuz he threw his toys out the stroller and refused to sign the affordable housing bill. That's after he gave some felon donor a no bid contract for the reflecting pool and it filled up with algae, which for some reason required the deployment of the National Guard. And then because of his war and tariffs, inflation rose to over 4%. He promised to bring down prices on day one, do you remember that?"
The average life expectancy of a new Russian recruit—from arrival at a training ground to death in a combat zone—lies somewhere between 10 days and three weeks. Once sent onto the battlefield, they survive an average of 20 to 35 minutes. @peterfrankopan https://t.co/W3UhBerdH0
Noa: “I have to go to summer camp today, so can you babysit this little guy for me, Mom?”
Me: “You got it, Noa. I’ll put him in my backpack.”
Noa: “This is the way.”
NEW: Paigelynne Gonyea, the NY poll worker who ICE agents recently confronted, tells Democracy Docket that she’s exploring legal options.
"This is me standing on business and defending our constitutional rights," said Gonyea. "This is bigger than me."

🚨 Urgent alert for humanitarian teams responding to Venezuela earthquakes:
Two powerful quakes struck a region tied to a newly identified rare genetic disorder in people of Venezuelan maternal lineage. This mitochondrial mutation (mtND4 variant) can cause severe neurologic complications or death after routine general anesthesia - especially sevoflurane. 🧵 1/3 https://t.co/eODfaFURbZ
Just a reminder that Rep Lauren Underwood is the beating heart of the Democratic party. She’s ushered 19 bills into law; she consistently wins in a swing district; she’s a leader on maternal health, particularly for Black women; and she has one of the strongest constituent-service operations in Congress.
And she’s not even 40 years old…
Thank you, Justice Elena Kagan,
for responding to the SCOTUS decision to deport Haitian refugee families back to a place America knows is unsafe,
by adding Trump’s vile, racist, Christ-hating, exact words into the official case record.
Pete Hegseth is removing or blocking the promotions of all military officers who he has determined would not participate in an illegal pro-Trump self-coup (auto-coup) in 2028.
You can believe me now or believe me in 2028.
Either way, stop seeing what Hegseth is doing as random.
