New: Senator @lashrecseaird says @GovernorVA's proposed changes/veto of bills to create a retail marijuana market calls into question whether Spanberger supports a retail cannabis market, as Spanberger has stated.

"Anyone who wants to recriminalize cannabis, anyone who wants to take the regulations out of the law, anyone who wants to put at risk by allowing these items to continue to appear in vape shops and smoke shops, you're not for an adult use cannabis marketplace here in Virginia."
